We hate them. They're talentless, egotistical, and morally-challenged attention whores looking for some e-penis stroking.
Usually they will take their 'work' from an outside source, such as little-known or rarely visited sites or even Google Image Search in order to hopefully impede any effort made to uncover their misdeeds. They usually talk about 'how long it took them', or 'I'm really proud of it, I didn't think it would turn out as well as it did'.
